In an environment where inflation is running rampant and cost of operating business are rising, customers may need extra assistance with temporary working capital measures from the banks. 

ATO has really stepped up with debt recoveries from all businesses post COVID and business owner may have to rely on additional debt to ensure that their business is solvent. 

On another hand- the current environment may provide an opportunity for business acquisitions, especially well capitalized business who are looking to grow.
